1. Data Controller

AutoIntelligent ApS (CVR 46204824) is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data in connection with our AI phone handling service.

2. What data do we process?

When you interact with our AI phone assistant, we may process the following:

Important: We do not record phone calls. Our system processes speech in real time and only stores structured notes — never audio recordings.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data in order to:

Handle your enquiry to the service department via our AI phone assistant
Look up your vehicle to provide relevant service information
Pass structured information to the service team so they can assist you
Send SMS confirmations and follow-ups related to your enquiry

4. Where is your data stored?

All data is stored within the EU:

Database hosting (EU, Amsterdam)
Telephony provider (EU-based)
SMS gateway (Denmark)
Workflow engine (Germany)

No data is transferred to third countries without appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

5. Who do we share data with?

Your information is only shared with the dealership you contact (e.g. Bilhuset Elmer) for the purpose of servicing your enquiry. We never sell your data to third parties.

Our data processors include the following categories:

Voice AI platform (DPA in place)
Telephony provider (EU-based)
SMS gateway (Danish company)
Database hosting (EU, Amsterdam)
Text-to-speech service (DPA in place)

6. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing. Service enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after completion, unless legislation requires longer retention.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access — find out what data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate information
Erasure — have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction — limit the processing of your data
Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
